Sponsorship

You organise the event. We’ll bring the cans.

Tournaments, rooftop parties, festivals, exhibitions, skate contests, team launches: whenever people get together, they drink — usually sugary swill from plastic bottles. Instead, we’re sending ACQUA REAPER.

01What goes well with...

It’s not the size that counts, but whether it’s genuine.

An indoor tournament with 120 people can be more valuable to us than a festival where our can is just sitting in a corner.

Sport & Competition

Tournaments, league match days, CrossFit competitions, runs, skateboarding and bouldering contests, club parties. Anywhere where people have a drink after working up a sweat and nobody fancies a fizzy drink.

Nightlife & Culture

Club nights, rooftop and boat parties, concerts, exhibitions, film premieres, fashion and street culture events. As a non-alcoholic alternative at the bar — and for anyone who wants to feel fresh the next morning.

Community & Business

Openings, exhibition stands, team events, conferences, university and start-up events, live streams and content production. Whenever there are cameras involved, we’re always keen to be there.

02What you get

Goods rather than a budget.

How much depends on the event — we’ll discuss that briefly before we confirm.

Cans for your event

Free of charge, in the varieties that suit you. Delivered to the address you specify — venue, office or clubhouse.

Selection of varieties

Still Water and Sparkling Water as a base, plus Pink Grapefruit, Lime & Mint, Citrus and Energy – Blackcurrant & Pomegranate. Let us know what you need.

A dedicated point of contact

No ticketing system. You have a point of contact who confirms attendance, delivers and remains available — even on the day of the event.

Replenishment whilst operations are underway

If the first time went well, we’ll carry on. An event usually turns into a season.

03What we want

Sponsorship is an exchange, not a gift.

That’s why we’re open about what works for us. None of it costs you any money, but it does require a bit of your attention.

The can must be visible

At the bar, in the fridge, on the table — not in the box behind the bar.

Pictures and videos

A few photos from the event featuring the can, and permission to use them.

A mention

A story, post or logo on the event page. Whatever you usually do – nothing is compulsory.

A quick reply

What went well, what went down a treat, what wasn’t quite enough. We’ll learn from this for next time.

No exclusive contracts, no restrictive clauses, no small print. If it’s not right for you, we’ll tell you straight — and you’ll still get an answer.

04Procedure

From application to pallet.

  1. 1

    Apply

Fill in the form: What sort of event, when, where, how many people, what are your plans? It’ll only take two minutes.

  2. 2

    Answer

We’ll get back to you within two working days — with an acceptance, some questions or a polite refusal.

  3. 3

    Discuss

Quantity, varieties, delivery address and date. Brief and via email or telephone – no long-winded contract.

  4. 4

    Deliver

The goods will arrive in good time before the event. Afterwards: photos, a quick bit of feedback, and next time it’ll be quicker.

Background: Please get in touch at least three weeks in advance — the earlier, the better. We can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests, but we can’t guarantee it.

05Apply

Tell us about your event.

The more specific, the better: date, venue, audience — and what you have in mind. We read every application ourselves; there’s no agency involved.

We read every application ourselves and reply within two working days.

06Frequently Asked Questions

The questions we’re asked most often.

Will it cost us anything?

No. The goods we agree to supply are free of charge for you. We send them, you drink them, and we get exposure in return. If there’s a deposit on the delivery, we’ll let you know in advance — a one-way deposit is required by law and isn’t a hidden charge.

How many cans are we getting?

That depends on the size, the audience and what you do for us. That’s why there’s no figure here: we’ll have a quick chat about it, rather than disappoint you with a flat rate.

Is my event too small?

Probably not. A club tournament, a series of house parties or a community evening with 80 people might be more interesting to us than a major event where nobody gets to see the can.

We’re not a registered association — is that still possible?

Yes. Whether you’re a crew, a collective, a studio, a bar, a university group or an individual with a good idea: we’re interested in the event, not the legal form.

How short a notice can you give?

You’re guaranteed three weeks’ notice. If you enquire before then — sometimes the goods are ready, sometimes they aren’t. Either way, you’ll get an honest answer straight away.

We want to sell the cans, not give them away. Is that possible?

In that case, it’s not sponsorship but a commission — and that’s usually the better option, because you’ll earn money from it. Get in touch with us anyway.

Would you rather buy it than receive it as a present?

If you want to sell the cans, that’s usually the better option — you’ll make a profit that way. Terms and conditions, pack sizes and master data can be found under ‘Business customers’.
