Delivery & Payment

Delivery

We only deliver within Germany. The reason is the deposit: our cans are subject to the German one-way deposit scheme (€0.25 per can), and you can only return them here. Delivering abroad would mean paying a deposit that you’d never get back — we don’t want to put you in that position.

We deliver via GLS. The delivery charges are €9.99 per order. We offer free delivery on orders of 2 pack sizes or more — A tray and a gift box count as the same thing, so you can mix and match them as you like. This also applies to every subscription delivery.

We pack your order at our warehouse in Weyhe, usually on the next working day after receipt of payment. GLS then usually delivers within one to two working days. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a link to track your parcel.

GLS does not deliver to DHL Packstations or post offices. If you’re not at home, you can use the notification from GLS to have your parcel redirected, for example to a GLS ParcelShop near you.

The gift box is sent in its own parcel. If you order it together with trays, you’ll receive two separate deliveries.

Payment

Payment is processed via our payment service provider, Mollie B.V. (Amsterdam). You can see which payment methods are available — PayPal, credit card, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Sofortüberweisung — on the payment page. The amount will be debited once the order is completed.

Subscription

With a subscription, you’ll receive the same varieties at regular intervals (every 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks). By making your first payment, you authorise us to take payment for subsequent deliveries using the same payment method. We’ll send you a reminder by email three days before each delivery. You can skip, reschedule, change varieties, pause or cancel your subscription at any time via the link in every subscription email — or cancel without using the link by going to ‘Contracts’ here.

deposit

Our cans are subject to a one-way deposit: €0.25 per can, i.e. €6.00 per tray of 24 cans. The deposit appears as a separate line item in your shopping basket and is never discounted. You can return the empty cans anywhere that accepts one-way deposits.
